Children From Amber Alert Found

DECATUR, ILL. (WIBQ)-Two boys who were the subjects of an amber alert issued in the Wabash Valley are found safe.

Police in Decatur, Illinois say 1-month old J’amarcus Upchurch and 4-year old Terry Antonio Smith were taken by two men with handguns Tuesday afternoon. The children were found just before 1:30 this morning at a house in St. Louis.

Police also located the suspected vehicle used in the abduction. Authorities are interviewing several people who were inside that vehicle.

The children are now in protective custody.
